Issey Benes in the office was so helpful and friendly. Michael came out and Identified a major water leak from a broken pipe on my front neighbour’s property where my water pipe lay underground. Michael Consulted with me clearly, so I understood my options. They Came and replaced my water line completely. Efficient, friendly, helpful, careful. All 3 guys on the job: Michael, Matthew and Zac. “Asked for a quote via email. Requested footage to show the root cause and also to prove previous tenants liability, was told cctv didn't record but photos could be taken. Asked for before and after pics assuming it would be of cctv footage, since thats what was requested. In the end, one pic of the outside drain was given. Accepted price, appointment made for same day between 2-3pm. Waited. After 3pm, checked emails to find a contact number to chase them up. Found an email to say they weren't going to make it to the appointment sent a few minutes before 2pm. Did not call. Emailed. That was Friday, said they'd be back on Monday between 930am and 11am. They call me after 11 saying they're an hour away. After 1220pm they were found outside, hadn't announced themselves or knocked at the door. They did the job in the end, but the poor communication, follow through and time keeping paired with an unusually strong/repetitive insistence for immediate payment was disappointing. Yes, we paid immediately. Do not recommend. Also, since checking out their positive reviews, found one of them was from the owner. Makes me question the validity of all the others. Engage at your own risk.”
