“Wow! Just had phonecall from Bill Livingstone pretty much saying he doesn't want our business. No enthusiasm from the guy, felt like I was a nuisance. It took them 3 weeks from my drop in conversation for them to finally ring back. No customer service skills. On top of that his excuse was a worker had a snapped Achilles, Not really my problem guys, Not when it comes to my investment of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Maybe a change in attitude would be a start.”
