“We first met Carl accidentally while Ranga (my wife) and I were looking to buy a property in Kapiti. At that time, we had never thought of building and were only interested in buying a house for our retirement. We never thought that an accidental meeting like this would change our plans and more importantly will lead to finding our first family friends in Kapity. Most importantly we have ended up with a beautiful house and a lifelong friendship with a great family in Carl, Sally, and Jae. “As first time home builders we feel that we were very fortunate to realise our build with Carl and Jae. Our initial interest in purchasing a section came with them as ready made builders. Retrospectively this was incredibly fortunate for us as although we had bought a number of houses prior to this we had never gone through the process of building. Carl even came and visited us in our existing home so he could gain a better understanding of what was important for us. Jae ensured that there attention to detail in even the smallest things and we feel this is reflected in the overall look and finish of our home. Even this last week Jae has been installing a gate that took a long time to arrive. No worries for him to fit this extra job in for us.
