“It was an insurance claim and everything from picking the carpet to installation was done in a timely manner. Big shout out though to Jarrod (sorry if name spelt wrong), the solo installer. We couldn’t have had a worst weather day for installation and our large furniture had to go outside and was getting pummeled by the rain. He arrived an hour early and just worked tirelessly throughout with just one small break. Very nice and helpful guy, with a great work ethos, who tidied up after himself. Thanks for all you help Jarrod”

“Dealt with a lady called Pauline, who didn't show up or even call for the first appointment we booked with her. When Pauline did show up it seemed like she started with a lie, saying, "I got uncontrollably sick on arrival last time". Pauline measured up our place, and I said I would like dark carpet. The next day Pauline text to say we should go down and look at the carpet colors, we took 2 samples saying maybe the lighter color would look better. Without any consultation the manager decided we wanted the lighter color, and ordered it. When it came to installing the carpet I got a text 2 weeks before saying IF they managed to get the carpet cut they would install on a certain day, but there was no communication or confirmation on weather or not they had received the carpet. When I noticed the wrong color was going down they weren't helpful at all, I got told the manager said we were happy with the lighter color. The communication with this company is extremely poor, I wouldn't of used them, but my insurance company choose. I certainly won't be using Carpet Court for the rest of my flooring.”

“Honestly, this has been the worst experience re quoting and communication and arguments. The person dealing with me quoted me incorrectly twice, and on top of that did not have the cognitive faculties to even write my email address correctly multiple times, telling me more than once my email address wasn’t working because they couldn’t check their own typing, then the person in store argued with me insinuating that it was my fault - when I was there to pay a deposit ! Then the man sitting next to her chips in with a stupid condescending comment about it just being flooring and not like someone died. What the hell is going on with your incompetent and arrogant staff ? If the price wasn’t so reasonable I’d be gone”
