“Pretty bad. I requested a quote for carpet for a garage conversion into a bedroom/studio space and a woman rang me before Xmas telling me they originally did my house two years ago and had my garage measurements, so can they just send the quote rather than come out. Then they proceded to send me a quote for glueing some gorilla carpet to the concrete pad, even though I'd explained that there was already gorilla carpet and I wanted an underlay and carpet that matched the rest of the house. When I rang back after the Xmas holidays to query this, the woman was stunned and then asked me if I could send a picture of my existing carpet as they hadn't done my house at all and the records must have been wrong. obviously they didn't want to come out to do the quote and did a rough estimate using real estate records, but the thing about that was they lied and not only that they didn't listen to what I wanted either. Maybe they were overwhelmed with a sale and Xmas rush, maybe the staff are pressured by management, who knows the reasons for this mess up. Needless to say with two black marks before the quote is provided (one involving integrity), I wouldn't trust them with my house.”
