“Bad service. Paid a lot of money for floor planks. They were put down and within days started to lift. I called and they came back, said they would be back again to fix. They never showed. I have sent many, many emails and photos with no reply or being fobbed off. They were laid in direct sunlight, in which they never advised me, even though they had been to my house to measure up a couple of times that they would not be suitable in my kitchen as we had north facing glass doors. As the weeks turned into months they got worse, they rise in the heat, shrink back In the cold, then overlap and break. They are upsetting and disappointing. It cost us a lot of money to do this, the flooring is 5 years old, looks broken and disgusting we need to replace the flooring. I would never shop here again, nor advise people too.”
