They are really friendly and welcoming. Service is excellent, couldn’t ask for more! Glad that I don’t have to travel to Palmerston to get The Herb Farm products! “Terrible customer service, from all four staff members I dealt with. The staff were incredibly rude and condescending when I was asking for assistance with selecting a suitable fruit tree for our yard size. We were polite and gentle and as soon as we asked for assistance we were met with hostility. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE, go to Bunnings or Mitre 10 where the staff are actually kind and helpful. Disgusting behaviour.”
