“Replied to email that night.(Thursday) Showed up at 8.30am Monday. Found leak in roof. Put a temporary tile in place on Tuesday. Ordered new tile and was back about 10 days later to install and tidy up rest of the roof. Very good and punctual where 3 other firms either didn't show or even reply to messages sent.
