“Just recieved a bill for unblocking waste drain. Plumber was here for 30 minutes at the most. Claimed an hour and a half for labor plus vehicle charge (2.6km drive each way) and decontamination. Job was done satisfactorily, but could have told my wife to fill bath in order to save time before drain was unblocked. Clearly they do their best to inflate prices. We will not use this company again. Have bought a drain plunger and will do the job myself from now on. Called to query why the labor costs were so high, the receptionist said we would get a call back... That was 2 months ago with no reply. I have paid the bill but $170+ is too steep a price to pay 😡😡😡”
