“We are so disappointed in the service we have received from Adams. Their integrity is highly questionable. The DCC has pointed out compliance shortfalls from Adams and they will not come and finish what they have done incorrectly. Management do not care at all. It is not a big job by any means, it is the principle of the matter that's so poor that they won't even come and finish their job, which they have been paid for. Extremely poor.”
